Does Casey's Cookies offer a Guarantee? - Yes, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all Casey's Cookies items.  Shipping charges, however, are not refundable.

How Long From the Time My Order Ships Until It Arrives at my Door?
That depends on the shipping method selected.  Orders generally ship within 1 to 2 business days. Priority Mail usually delivers in 1 to 2 days after your order is shipped anywhere in the U.S.

APO's and FPO's
Unfortunately, shipping time to APO and FPO addresses can exceed the maximum time that our cookies will remain fresh, so we're unable to offer shipping for military personnel stationed overseas.

LOCAL PICKUP AT THE KITCHEN
Our "pickup at kitchen" shipping option is only for local customer's who are willing to drive to the Saint Petersburg area to pick up their order.  Orders with this shipping option must be picked up between 12:00pm and 1:00pm.
MAIL ORDERS - We do accept online orders that will be paid by money order. To learn more, click on Paying by Money Order

TAX - There is no sales tax on cookies sold in Florida, but if you are purchasing gift items such as coffee mugs, hats, or shirts to be shipped to an address in Florida, 7% tax will be charged on those items only.  

RETURNS - All Casey's Cookies items carry a 30 day money back guarantee (shipping not included).

To request a refund, or to return gift items (not food items) during the warranty period, please call or email us to advise that a return is coming and obtain a Return Authorization number.  Return shipping expense is the responsibility of the customer. 

Please include the packing slip or a sheet of paper with your name, address, email address, and phone number. Once we determine that the gift item is still in new condition, we will issue a credit to the card you originally used for your purchase. Note: Shipping charges are not credited with your return.

Note: There is never a need to return a food item.  If you are unhappy with a food item purchased from Casey's Cookies, just let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the amount paid (less shipping).

PROBLEMS - If you have a problem with your order, please contact our Customer Service team by phone at (727) 388-4150 or by email at Info@CaseysCookies.org.  We will try our best to assist you in finding an acceptable resolution. 

REJECTED ORDERS - Casey's Cookies may reject any order that it considers fraudulent, or where the price that was charged is in error. Casey's Cookies also reserves the right to reject an order if there is insufficient stock available to fill the order.
