Sugar Free Cookies - Chocolate & Vanilla

Our delicious Sugar Free Cookies were designed with the purpose of serving people who have Diabetes.  However, our sugar free chocolate and vanilla cookie flavors are so delicious that we would recommend them to anyone as highly as we recommend our other gourmet cookie flavors.  One of the reasons we believe these cookie recipes turned out so well is because we use Splenda as our substitute for sugar. Splenda is more expensive than most sugar substitutes but it also tastes much better, and commonly seen as a healthier choice than other sugar substitutes.  For all of these reasons (and many more) we've chosen to use Splenda as the sweetener in both flavors of our sugar free cookies.  Our goal was to make sugarless cookies that taste so good, that if we didn't tell you they were sugar free, you might not even notice.
